#10 install (respiring)
#11 open cydia
#12 select search
#13 type in 3G unrestritor (cracked)
#14 select & install 3G unrestrictor (cracked)
#15 respiring
#16 open 3G unrestrictor
#17 click + on upper right corner
#18 tap add
#19 select phone(FaceTime)
#20 add the check (to the left of the name)
#21then enjoy!
